SANTA MARIA RANCH II/DAYTON LAND DEVELOPERS, LLC – SPECIFIC PLAN– Discussion and possible action regarding the request for a Master Plan Amendment to adopt the Santa Maria Ranch II Specific Plan for approximately 665 acres of the existing Santa Maria Ranch Planned Unit Development (APNs 16-151-94, 16-261-11, 16-261-14, 16-261-15 & 16-261-18) (PLZ-08-0041) Action will be taken.

17. Discussion and possible action to approve a waiver to Lyon County Code Title 10, Chapter 9, to allow a mobile home more than 15 years old be issued a permit (power has been off more than 6 months), located at 2985 Truckee Street, Silver Springs, Nevada (APN 18-313-05)
18. Discussion and possible action to place a “Resident Only” parking sign at 55 Main Street, Dayton, Nevada
19. Discussion and possible action related to a request by the Utilities Director for the Board to approve a funding agreement with the Department of Army (Corp of Engineers) for $300,000 to fund preliminary engineering and design of a septic tank conversion project in the Dayton Sewer service area and authorize the Chairman to sign the Agreement on behalf of the County
20. Discussion and possible action to authorize Lyon County to make application to the Bureau of Land Management for a dedicated road right-of-way (ROW) and utility easement to extend Pursel Lane easterly approximately 3.5 miles
21. Discussion and possible action on filling vacancies on the Room Tax Board and Debt Management Commission
