1.         LEIALOHA, ROY & HELEN / KANESHIRO, ROLAND & IVY – DIVISION OF LAND INTO LARGE PARCELS TENTATIVE MAP WAIVER – Request to waive the requirement for a Tentative Map for a Division of Land into Large Parcels map to divide 161.07 total acres into 4 parcels, the smallest being approximately 40.16 acres in size; located approximately 3.5 miles east of Highway 50A/95A, and approximately 2.5 miles north of Highway 50, south of the Fernley area (APN 21-451-81) PLZ-09-0058

2.         LEIALOHA, ROY & HELEN / KANESHIRO, ROLAND & IVY – DIVISION OF LAND INTO LARGE PARCELS FINAL MAP - Request for a Division of Land into Large Parcels Final Map pursuant to Chapter 11.06 of the Lyon County Code and NRS 278.471 et seq.  The proposed map would divide the 161.07 total acre property into 4 parcels, the smallest being approximately 40.16 acres in size; located approximately 3.5 miles east of Highway 50A/95A, and approximately 2.5 miles north of Highway 50, south of the Fernley area (APN 21-451-81) PLZ-09-0059

6.         RITE OF PASSAGE ATCS/CHEROKEE ENGINEERING - ZONING – RR-5 – (Continued from the November 10, 2009, Planning Commission meeting) Special use permit issued May 2003 to construct a charter high school with support buildings on 153.85 acres; located off Campbell Lane, Mason Valley (APN 14-181-07)

7.         ROGERS, SUSAN & DOUGLAS - ZONING – RR-1T – (Continued from the November 10, 2009, Planning Commission meeting) Special use permit issued October 2003 (November review) for a breeder’s kennel and to allow twenty (20) adult miniature dachshunds on approximately 1.03 total acres; located at 5475 Navajo Trail, Stagecoach (APN 19-405-04)

8.         PLANNING COMMISSION MASTER PLAN WORKSHOP (action may be taken) Presentation by County staff and discussion with the Lyon County Planning Commission regarding the development and preparation of the County-wide Comprehensive Master Plan; which may involve any and/or all of the subject matters, or portions thereof, set forth in NRS 278.150 through 278.230 and related topics which includes maps, charts, drawings, diagrams, schedules, reports, ordinances and other printed or published materials; community design; conservation; economics; historical properties preservation; safety; school facilities; seismic safety; solid waste disposal; streets and highways; transit; transportation; community plans; goals and policies; and implementation measures and actions. Additionally, the staff and Planning Commission may discuss the status of the Comprehensive Master Plan project and the next steps to be taken.
