Dear Congressman Heller:

I am writing again to express my concerns regarding the appointment of "czars." Another one, as reported yesterday 8-14-09, by the Fox News has been appointed to oversee the FCC. 

This is going to be an attack on the First Amendment.

He has been granted authority to "muzzle"- by fees and taxation - conservative talk radio and TV networks.  Nearly everyday a new assault on our Constitution takes place.

I'm sure you remember the oath you took when you were elected to the office you now hold.  You swore to "PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES FROM ALL ENEMIES WITHIN AND WITHOUT." All the other congressmen and senators swore the same oath of office as did the man now holding the Office of President of the United States. 

What has happened? I know you are not the only one who remembers his oath, but are there so few of you nothing can be done? 

What does Obama hold over the heads of our elected officials that they are so cowed they fear to do what needs to be done to prevent this man from taking away our freedoms?  Not just mine but yours, too....yours and everyone's. 

Elected officials are citizens, too.  Unless you protect my rights there will be no one to protect yours!
