9:30 A.M. – Time Specific - Discussion and possible action on Jail Project update and tasks completed to date, including jail financial reporting, method of compiling estimates and expenditures, and fiscal transparency of the project (added per Commissioner Roberts) action will be taken
10:00 A.M. – Bill 09-09 – an ordinance amending Lyon County Code; Title 5 – Business and License Regulations; Chapter 2 – Liquor Control; Subsection 2, by adding thereto definitions concerning compliance checks; Subsection 4, by adding thereto a requirement for alcohol server education; subsection 7, by amending licensing application requirements including establishing certain fines; Subsection 11, by adding thereto certain operations concerning compliance checks; Subsection 13, by amending violations and adding disciplinary penalties including fines; and other matters properly related thereto (2ND reading). Action will be taken.
1:30 P.M. – Time Specific - Workshop to discuss positive governance. Discuss board duties, roles and relationships to both constituents and each other (no action will be taken)

Discussion and possible action to propose an amendment to Lyon County Code Title 6 – Public Health and Safety, by deleting Chapter 06 – Fire Districts, in its entirety; by amending Title 10 Land Use Regulations, by adding thereto Chapter 19 – Burning Restrictions, which Chapter establishes burning restrictions, hours authorization to burn, extinguishment powers, violations and penalties; by amending Title 10 – Land Use Regulations, Chapter 07 – Building Codes, Subchapter 01, to apply amendments to the International Fire Code by the appropriate fire district for purposes of plan review for fire protection; and other matters properly related thereto
24. Discussion and possible action on an inter-local contract with the Nevada State Health Division, Bureau of Community Health Nursing Program to provide public health nursing services in Lyon County
25. Discussion and possible action to select an architect for the Lyon County Jail Project
26. Discussion and possible action to accept an FAA Grant Offer to update Airport Master Plan Study (Airport Development Plan)
27. Discussion and possible action to enter into a contract with PBS&J to provide engineering services for the Airport Land Use Plan (Hangar Development Master Plan) at the Silver Springs Airport
28. Discussion and possible action to approve expenditure of $28,169.62 from Park Residential Tax Fund to finance four (4) change orders that have resulted during the construction of River Park
